Our comprehensive Management Information Systems monitor hotel level performance in such areas as Quality Assurance, Guest Satisfaction, room yield utilization, labor and cash management, expense variances and other items on a daily basis. We provide centralized corporate support services and other programs in accounting, payroll, data processing, interior design, sales, marketing and advertising, and vendor purchases, but empower hotel general managers to vary from such initiatives as appropriate.
